Welcome to

Our Story
Ideally situated in the heart of Salthill Village, Barnacles Bar and Kitchen is the concept of the dynamic partnership of Mark Commins and Conor Graham. The duo are well known in the West of Ireland for Linnane’s Lobster Bar in the Burren and Flaggy Shore Oysters, and are delighted to bring their own unique dining flair to Salthill.
The menu at Barnacles is designed to change with the seasons with an emphasis on local produce that caters to all. Our carefully crafted menu is heavily influenced by the proximity to the salty sea air and great food associated with Galway. The Barnacles Sunday Roast will appeal to all ages, and children will be sure to find something they love on their own special menu. With a fully stocked bar, fine food and a cosy experience, we look forward to welcoming you to Barnacles Bar and Kitchen.”
